How to print address labels

  1. Add the addresses

Paste addresses with a blank line between them, or switch to CSV and choose which columns go on each line.

  2. Pick the sheet

Choose your label sheet or enter its measurements. If part of the sheet is used, set the first free label.

  3. Print

Print at 100% scale. Try one sheet on plain paper first and hold it against the labels.

Getting the alignment right

Label sheets are measured to a fraction of a millimetre, so print scaling matters. Turn off Fit to page, choose Actual size or 100%, and switch on the label outlines for a test print on plain paper.

Using a CSV export

Export contacts from your address book, CRM or spreadsheet as CSV. Each label line can combine up to two columns, for example postcode and city, so the address follows the format of the destination country.

Frequently asked questions

Which label sheets are supported?

The presets cover common A4 sheets with 21, 14, 24 and 8 labels and US Letter sheets with 30 and 10 labels (the 5160 and 5163 layouts). For anything else, choose Custom size and enter the measurements from the label packaging.

What if an address is too long for the label?

The text gets smaller until the lines fit the label's height, and lines that are too wide are cut off with an ellipsis. Check the preview before you print.

Are my addresses uploaded?

No. They're read and laid out in your browser, and nothing is stored.
