or choose them from your computer or phone
Your files are processed in your browser and never uploaded.
How to merge PDF files
Add your PDFs
Drop two or more PDF files onto the page or use Choose files. You can add more at any time.
Put them in order
Drag the files, or use the arrow buttons, until they are in the right order. Sort A–Z orders them by file name.
Merge and download
Press Merge PDF and download the combined file. Every page keeps its size and orientation.
Merging PDFs in your browser
The files are combined on your device, so contracts, payslips and other confidential documents never leave your computer. Each page is copied as it is rather than converted, so text stays selectable and the pages look exactly as before.
What isn't carried over
The merged file takes its title and author from the first PDF. Bookmarks aren't kept, links between pages and fillable form fields may stop working, and password-protected files have to be unlocked first.
Frequently asked questions
Are my PDFs uploaded?
No. The files are read and merged in your browser. Nothing is sent to a server, and closing the page discards everything.
Is there a limit on files or size?
There's no fixed limit. Everything runs on your device, so very large files depend on its memory and can take a while.
Can I merge only some pages?
Merge PDF combines whole files. Organize PDF Pages can also combine several PDFs, and lets you remove, reorder and rotate single pages before saving.
