How to save PowerPoint slides as images
Open the presentation
Drop a .pptx file saved by PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote or LibreOffice.
Choose format and size
PNG for sharp text and graphics, JPEG for smaller files; 1280, 1920 or 3840 pixels wide.
Download
Save the slides you need one by one, or all of them as a ZIP.
How the slides are drawn
The slides are drawn in your browser from the presentation's content: backgrounds, shapes, text with its fonts, sizes, bullets and alignment, pictures, tables and SmartArt graphics. Nothing is uploaded, so confidential decks stay on your device.
When a slide looks different
Charts are shown as a labelled box, and shadows, glow, 3D effects and animations aren't drawn. Fonts that aren't installed on your device are replaced with similar ones, which can change line breaks. For pixel-perfect images, export them from PowerPoint itself.
Frequently asked questions
Is my presentation uploaded?
No. It's read and drawn in your browser.
Why is a chart replaced by a box?
Charts are stored as data that PowerPoint draws when it opens the file. This tool doesn't redraw them; export that slide from PowerPoint, or take a screenshot of the chart.
Can I convert .ppt files?
No, only .pptx. Open an old .ppt file in PowerPoint or LibreOffice Impress and save it as .pptx first.
