How to make a chart

  1. Enter the data

Type labels and values into the table, or paste a block of cells from a spreadsheet into the first cell.

  2. Choose the chart

Pick bar, line or pie and add a title and axis labels. With two or more series, a legend appears.

  3. Download it

Download PNG for documents and slides, or SVG for sharp printing and editing.

Which chart fits your data

Bars compare amounts across categories, lines show change over time, and a pie shows how one total is split. A pie uses the first series only and groups small slices under Other when there are more than eight.

Readable by default

Colours come from a palette checked for colour-blind readers, the grid stays faint and values are labelled directly, so the chart works without extra styling.

Frequently asked questions

How much data can I chart?

Up to 50 rows and four series. For larger data, use CSV Visualizer, which reads whole files.

Can I paste from a spreadsheet?

Yes. Copy the cells, click the first label cell and paste. Rows and columns are filled in, and series are added as needed, up to four.

Is my data uploaded?

No. The chart is drawn in your browser.
